Based at our Head Office in Milton Keynes. Please note we are following current public guidelines therefore this role will be home based temporarily.
We have an exciting opportunity for a driven, talented and dynamic individual to work as part of our award-winning Digital Team as a Franchise CRM Specialist. Reporting to the CRM Manager, the role exists to be our lead partner and point of contact with our agencies to implement local CRM campaigns to ensure maximum profitability, maximise customer lifetime value strategies and ensure we deliver outstanding results.
The Franchise CRM Specialist will work with our agencies to deploy local CRM campaigns across email and app driving industry leading customer engagement, journey orchestration and increased personalisation, ensuring customers are exposed to the right message at the right time. They will support our key stakeholders to continually develop ways of working through either system enhancements, training or removing unnecessary processes, with an aim to make this as seamless as possible for our franchise partners. This is a great opportunity to join our team to support and guide franchisees to harness the value of our data to accelerate personalisation across CRM channels, which is one of the key pillars to our strategy.
As well as the above you will also be responsible for the following
Manage the day-to-day relationship with our CRM managed service agency who deploy our campaigns including leading regular Business Reviews on performance to continually optimise ways of working.
Manage the end-to-end deployment of local CRM activity (UK and Ireland) including build, QA and deployment via our managed service agency.
Work alongside the CRM Team to ensure local and national plans run alongside each other ensuring learnings are shared across the teams.
Raise the profile of Local CRM and champion the importance of it across the managed service agency, franchisees and internal teams by sharing best practice and recommendations on ultilising our channels at a local level.
Be seen as the expert in Local CRM educating franchisees on content plans, segmentation, A/B testing, and provide recommendations based on results on using any analysis to drive increased frequency and business efficiencies.
Use data and technology to provide recommendations on delivering relevant, targeted and personalised experience for our customers whilst driving efficiencies where possible.
Work closely with the Strategy & Insights and BI Teams to understand the impact of campaign activity (revenue; profitability; and ROI)What we are looking for!
2-3 years work experience in a CRM capacity, specifically email or app marketing.
Proficient experience of Email, SMS and app marketing.
Previous experience working in a franchisee model preferred but not essential.
A sound understanding of the principles of marketing, with an interest in digital.
Understanding of customer targeting and segmentation techniques.
Good analytical skills – ability to analyse and interpret results with a view to continuously improving and leveraging for future activity.
An understanding of social, digital display and other performance channels how these areas can work alongside local CRM activity.
