Fleet Analyst – VW
Location: VWG Head Office, Milton Keynes, MK14 5AN
Salary: Substantial basic salary & OTE
Contract: Full time, Permanent

About the VW Fleet Analyst role:
Our VW Fleet Analyst is responsible for providing insightful reporting and analysis support to the Volkswagen Fleet Sales Strategy in a way that is cost effective for Volkswagen and profitable for the Volkswagen Retailer Network.
You will also be responsible for advising and assisting our Fleet Business Partners in order to identify areas of underperformance and having oversight of our Retailer Business Plans.
It is pivotal that you provide accurate and timely analysis and reporting on retailer performance, producing working documents to support Direct Sales Activities.
In addition to this, you will be responsible for:
* Analysis support for Volkswagen Fleet Management Team.
* Managing annual Fleet Business planning process.
* Working with Planning Department to manage Retailer factory production allocation.
* Monthly tracking of infrastructure payments.
* Monitoring and forecasting Retailer sales and order performance to identify areas of underperformance.
* Monthly reporting on our Fleet Sales Excellence programme.
* Working with Field Sales Team to provide market insight.
* Being the first point of contact for Retailer queries.
* Monitoring Retailer KPIs and carry out regular Retailer financial reviews.
Essential Knowledge and expertise:
* Analytical individual with high attention to detail
* Expert in manipulating data within Excel to produce detailed reports providing analysis, identifying trends and fluctuations within the data
* Good communication skills in order to help Retailers to improve their performance
