Our client are a Global Systems and Engineering Company that work for Blue Chip Manufacturing and Production companies. Their customers include large Oil & Gas sector operators, Blue Chip Automotive Manufacturers and many Food, Beverage and Consumer Goods companies.
They are looking to appoint an Events Manager (to work remotely) to work in the EMEA Experiential Team. This area of the business is responsible for driving engagement, demand and achieving successful relationship & revenue outcomes through the organization of physical and virtual events.
The Events Manager – EMEA is responsible for leading the EMEA Experiential strategy and implementation to deliver Relevant, Inspirational and Personalised Events & Experiences to our audiences. Together with the team, you will be working across multiple physical, online and virtual channels to ensure a consistent approach aligned to target personas and their position in the buyer journey.
A creative and visionary change manager with understanding of providing memorable events, interactions & results with an audience in a B2B environment.
Key Responsibilities:

* Develop the regional event and experience strategy in terms of the ‘Why, Which, How’ of events for the company to host, attend or ‘hi-jack’
* Continually evolve our customer interactions to the next level through the adoption of technologies and activities across physical and online events & virtual demos and experiences.
* Vision and drive to constantly evolve the function and its people to achieve business and personal success.
* Plan, Develop and manage our presence at 3rd party Trade Shows, executive conferences and other physical and digital events, liaising with third party conference organisers on deliverables and timelines. Work with internal teams and external agencies on the design and delivery of onsite activations,
* Develop the company’s experience programme across physical & online events, Customer Experience Centres and Virtual interactions.
* Bringing global events, platforms and technologies to regional relevance and focus to support priorities and sales. Work with the global events team to align on strategy and experiences.
* Collaborate with the broader marketing and sales teams to ensure consistent approach across all channels.
* Monitor, analyse and develop our approach constantly to ensure optmised investment
Skills, Knowledge, Experience and Education

* Experienced Events & Experiences Manager with ability to lead the successful implementation of multiple events and activities simultaneously.
* Experience and Understanding of strategies, tools and technologies that enhance engagement and interaction with audiences.
* Functional and People Management experience within an international environment
* Ability to effectively drive the delivery of integrated experiences on both a strategic and tactical level.
* Ability to work across groups, locally and globally, and drive results.
* Understanding of financial management and processes – capex and opex
