Our client has a vacancy for an Engagement Marketing Executive, providing maternity cover for a 12 month fixed term contract. Working in the marketing department you will be responsible for the way that they drive sales of products and services through clients to the end-user; marketing directly to their customers, consumers and members through portals, websites and channels that they own and control. These end users are the ‘beneficiaries’ of their partner products.
The primary function will be to manage the way that they communicate with their beneficiaries, using best practice, consolidated tactics and strategic & reactive communication tools, all executed with a considered approach to RoI and full post-campaign analysis.
You will manage the communication for beneficiaries through each touch point in the customer journey, aiming to grow and engage the audience.
The role
▪ The sole purpose is to own the consumer marketing buying journey strategy for some of the key products
▪ Create engaging and relevant communication to consumers through each stage of the buying funnel
▪ Own and manage the marketing communication strategy
▪ Own and manage reporting and case studies
▪ Work with key stakeholders and clients
▪ Work with their merchant and partners team and promote their partners
▪ Manage and execute all digital communication to employees
▪ To be one of the key marketing contacts for products
▪ Strive for best in class digital marketing
The Person
▪ Recognised marketing qualifications would be desirable, but not essential
▪ Experience within Marketing Communications in a B2B / B2C environment
▪ Essential: Proven knowledge and experience using email software
▪ Essential: Experience in email creation and execution
▪ Ability to think strategically and deliver project goals
▪ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
▪ Meticulous attention to detail
▪ Strong ability to build close-knit relationships with internal and external stakeholders
