Our client is the UK's largest university, a world leader in flexible part-time education combining a mission to widen access to higher education with research excellence, transforming lives through education.

They are looking to recruit a CRM Production Executive to join their Marcomms Team for a six month contract.

Paying between £34,304 – £40,927 per annum dependent on experience, working a 37 hour week. This role will be working from home and equipment is provided.

The CRM Production Executive is responsible for the execution, and continuous refinement of UK and International multi-channel conversion strategies. You'll be executing powerful and motivating communication programmes, all with a focus on customer need and marketing effectiveness against a backdrop of achieving key KPI's and cost-efficiency.

The role

You'll be joining small and supportive, forward-thinking team of resident email experts where communication and cross-team collaboration is key. You will be required to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment where you will be required to create and deliver engaging emails / comms with the opportunity to influence the design and make best-use of real-time functionality (where appropriate) to continually push innovation techniques.

You will be responsible for managing through the production lifecycle for designated communication plans and also support in the implementation of a robust testing strategy to enable learning, and optimisation of the CRM programmes in both the UK and International recruitment and student space.
