My client based in Milton Keynes are looking for someone to join as an Email and Social Media Marketing Executive.

This role is a perm role and would involve working closely to the Brand Managers and Web team .

Tasks, duties & responsibilities:

Manage email marketing campaigns, segmenting our databases, and maximising revenue opportunities from our CRM and customer database.
Copywrite and design (with help from our Graphic Designer) emails and email campaigns.
Undertake A/B testing to continuously learn and improve future campaigns and strategies.
Being the voice on social media, responding and escalating as necessary on Facebook, Twitter, blogs and YouTube and staying engaged in the conversation.
Assist in execution of new initiatives to help grow the social fan base across all of our platforms, starting with email and organic social with a view to increasing paid social.
Be current across all new emerging technologies and social communities and relevant to our demographic.
Participate in the development of social media strategies and key programming throughout the year
Build relationships with external brands and generate leads for prizes to give away across social media platforms to widen our audience base
Conducting regular competitor research
Help to improve customer reviews and feedback platforms
Produce quarterly newsletters
Regular reporting across all our promotions including regular tracking throughout our cross-platform advertising
Skills

Self-motivated and uses initiative.
Proactively delivers job related training to educate and bring to speed team members.
Good blend of creative flair and technical ability.
Keen to continuously improve personal skills, development and always looking to improve email and social media performance for the businesses.
