e Commerce MANAGER

TSRN are working with a well-established B2B & B2C manufacturer, who are going through a business transformation phase and looking to recruit an eCommerce Manager to join their head office. This is an fantastic opportunity to be an integral part of the client business growth. The successful eCommerce manager will be reporting directly to the head of Marketing, and will have proven experience of implementing, developing and driving growth by mobilising the client first-class eCommerce platforms.

This is an all-encompassing role where you will have full autonomy to drive eCommerce strategy.

* Have a passion for all things eCommerce and a strong understanding of creating quick wins.

* To process a commercial understanding of the intricacies of trading online.

* Previous experience across European/US platforms and dealings with difference languages and currencies advantageous.

* Has a wealth of previous experience of growing sales and profitability plus lead generation from ecommerce platforms

* Previous experience with online analytical skills and the ability to translate trends into tangible business opportunities.

* To have a wealth of experience of developing product content as well as product display imaging and description management.

* To demonstrate previous Inbound marketing experience with programmes such as HubSpot.

Alongside the above you will possess the following:

* A can do, entrepreneurial attitude with the capability of thinking about and auctioning tasks on your own.

* Process a wealth of Knowledge and experience of using B2B and B2C trading platforms and third-party platforms.

* Good working knowledge of HTML and website development with WordPress is essential.

* The Ability to manage and optimise website traffic, increase conversion rates, and improve the online customer experience.

* Previous Experience of managing external agencies.

In return the company are offering a basic salary of £40k + and Commission on sales, Plus company benefits
