E-Commerce Project Co-coordinator

£25,000 – £28,000 per annum

The core aim of the E-Commerce Project Coordinator is to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to assist in delivering e-commerce projects that will help increase traffic and revenue across the site.

Your duties will include:

Maximising digital opportunities that satisfy the consumer
Coordinate in all live projects, ensuring budgets and timescales are adhered to
Effective communication from requirements gathering, user testing and ongoing reporting
Ensure the site meets the brand values
Coordinating project management tasks including planning and reporting
Working closely with the Head of E-Commerce on ongoing projects with external agency
Responsible for raising support tickets with external agencies
Collaborate with internal cross functional teams
Liaise with external agencies to align with our internal direction
Participating in the UAT phases of projects
Assist with SEO / CMS tasks advised by the Head of CommerceTo be successful in this role you will be an organised individual coming from a project management background, with experience within retail, or for a brand, preferably B2C. You must be able to demonstrate acquired skill and measurable success in each of the following areas:

Experience of coordinating multiple ecommerce projects from conceptual to go live, on time and on budget
Confidence in driving business forward
Confidence with communicating to internal and external stakeholders
Ability to work under pressure
Basic understand of web analytics
Understanding of Agile / Waterfall project management
Knowledge of UX
