There is some specific experience/skills/knowledge we are looking for from suitable candidates;

Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise work loads
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to build strong working relationships with customers and peers
Effective communication, both written and verbal
IT Literate
Excellent Product knowledge
Ability to work well under pressure
Understanding of company procedures and requirements
Experience within a customer service role desirable
Attention to detail
An interest in marketing would be beneficialWhat will I be doing in the role?

Our Display Co-ordinators are one of our most important roles in the business. A great Display Co-ordinator will help keep our business running smoothly. To support the business you will;

Responsible for ensuring all display orders are processed and on the system within 24 hours of receipt
Run reports each day to ensure stock can be released when ready for customers
Ensure all customer queries are dealt with efficiently and followed up
Ensure Area Sales Managers receive support, including stock availability updates and monitoring of all orders taken
Ensure all company and manufacturers policies are adhered to in relation to all display orders
Process claims from suppliers on a monthly basis in a timely manner
Produce monthly display reports for the Sales & Commercial Director and Regional Sales Managers
Ensure all display verifications are maintained effectively
Responsible for driving display campaigns and incentives
Liaise with key suppliers for all display campaign activity and report on the successes of these
Deal with customers and colleagues in a professional manner at all times
Attend training and meetings where & when necessary
Assist with any ad hoc day to day tasks required by Brand Manager and wider Marketing team
