Digital Marketing Manager (Maternity cover)
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager within our IP Services Division based in our headquarters in Chalfont St Peter, Buckinghamshire, reporting to the Marketing Director. This role is to cover maternity leave, which is expected to last up to 12-months.
The purpose of the role is to drive a programme of digital marketing activities to increase web traffic, develop new creative campaign initiatives that engage and build target audiences and lead generation for our global sales team. This exciting position will contribute to the planning, testing, implementation, and management of a broad range of digital campaigns including SEO, paid search, analytics, and web development.

Digital Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
Working closely with the Marketing Director to develop successful digital marketing programmes, from inception through to implementation.
Owning, driving and delivering digital marketing campaigns.
Planning and implementing organic and paid social media marketing strategies.
Creating and analyzing reports to monitor performance and areas for improvement.
Working with the Global Content Manager to ensure campaigns are delivered against pre-agreed goals and budgets and maximising conversions and ROI.
Digital Marketing Manager Requirements:
Previous experience of Digital Marketing.
A blend of analytical and creative mind-set, with a strong eye for detail and ability to problem solve.
Excellent planning, organisation and communication skills and comfortable keeping track of multiple projects streams.
Solid understanding of CMS, Google Ads and Google Analytics platforms.
Knowledge of SEO, organic SEO and keyword research.
'Test and measure' mentality with tenacious approach to prove/disprove theories and improve results.
Experienced in assessing and reporting on campaign performance and implementing programmes of continuous improvement.
Degree in marketing and/or digital marketing training would be advantageous.

Schedule: 09:00 – 17:30, 37.5 hours per week.
Contract type: Fixed Term Contract. Up to 12-months (maternity cover).
Salary: £43,000 per annum
