The ideal candidate will have a minimum 2 years experience in planning, implementing and analysing campaigns across paid digital marketing channels and be able to pro-actively review accounts to identify trends and opportunities to optimise performance. Experience with search, shopping, display and social ads is a must.
Analytically minded with excellent numerical and problem-solving skills and a positive attitude are all essential attributes. A keen interest in the outdoors, clothing/retail and outdoor activities would also be an advantage.
Essential Skills:
Demonstrable track record of driving PPC performance, with proven business results.
Google AdWords certified and experience managing campaigns with Facebook Ads Manager.
Excellent all-round analytical skills that include advanced knowledge of Excel, Google Analytics and report/KPI generation.
Other Desirable skills:
Google Optimize and Google Search Console.
A good knowledge of working across all areas of PPC, including Bing Ads, LinkedIn and YouTube
Experience handling large data sets
Google Ads certified.
Advanced knowledge in Excel and Google Analytics.
Data Driven mindset.
Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
Role and responsibilities: –
Building, optimizing, and launching Ecommerce advertising campaigns within various digital advertising platforms.
Pro-actively review accounts to identify trends and opportunities to optimise performance primarily across Google AdWords, Bing Ads and Facebook
Keyword research to help inform strategy and planning
Define segments and build out targeting criteria to reach the right customer, with the right message, at the right time
Implementing search and social advertising in line with company trading and commercial calendar
Ensure reporting accuracy through implementation of UTM tracking and verification of data integrity within reporting platforms.
Creating, maintaining and reporting of weekly KPIs.
Other ad hoc duties may be required.
