An exciting opportunity to join a leading manufacturer of foodservice equipment, supplying into national chains and high end restaurants.

With digital marketing at the forefront of their plans for 2022 and beyond we are seeking a new CRM & Digital Marketing Executive to join the team. Working within a small team, you will influence digital marketing strategies. You will create and share content across a range of digital channels, always searching for innovative ways to convey messages that are simple and easy to understand.

Responsibilities and Key Tasks

Create engaging written, video, and graphical content for all of digital channels.
Lead email marketing programmes sharing targeted content with partners, customers, and prospects.
Support the development of a new company website and extranet. Manage ongoing content updates including images, video and written material.
Use the CRM system to support the planning and targeting of digital activity, ensure all activity and opportunities are recorded within CRM.
Prepare regular reports summarising digital marketing activity and results.
Manage appropriate SEO and PPC activities.
Leading own projectsEssential Skills & Experience

Minimum of two years' experience in a similar digital marketing role.
Experience working with a CRM system
Proven experience of creating content for digital channels.
Solid understanding of the Adobe Creative Cloud particularly Photoshop.
Excellent understanding of social media platforms within a commercial setting, preferably B2B.
In-depth understanding of an email marketing platform such as Mailchimp.
Experience working with Zoho CRM and Zoho Campaigns.
Working knowledge of Craft CMS.
Understanding of Google Analytics
