Our client is a software provider in the video analytics arena, having had a strong 2020, we are currently looking to add a friendly and enthusiastic individual to join the successful growing team.
The Role of Growth Manager:
This small busy team require a Growth Marketing Manager to help with the deployment and management of our marketing strategy, digital marketing, and general marketing support around the office.
This is a varied role, with Marketing, Administration, and accounts responsibilities, reporting to the UK Director.
Job Description
* Lead campaign and planning for Digital channels working closely with the Sales team.
* Acquisition & CRM: Develop the existing performance marketing mix to reduce acquisition cost and drive customer growth.
* You will build, grow, and manage all digital marketing channels.
* Highly data driven and commercially focused mindset with good analytical skills and evident drive!
* Create strategies across digital channels including Paid Search, Social, Display, and Paid Social
* Manage/build the UX optimisation and development of the website with the aims of improving conversion and leverage the value of leads.
* Analyse customer journeys across all customer journey touchpoints. Optimising the critical paths in the awareness, consideration, conversion stages of lead generation.
* Ensure website is up to date and optimised for SEO and manage SEO growth strategy.
* Update content in line with marketing campaigns.
* Manage the analytics across all growth activity to demonstrate channel performance and return on investment.
* Deliver core projects in the digital marketing roadmap.
* Skills with design, utilising the likes of Photoshop or InDesign.
* Content creation for blogs, website, social and email campaigns.
* Manage/maintain company website and online SM channels.
The Successful Applicant
* Experience in website optimisation and performance marketing.
* 3+ years in growth or performance marketing
* Exceptional digital marketing skills with proven experience
* Strong problem solver and analyst thrives in a data-driven test-and-learn environment.
* High appetite to learn through hands-on experience.
* Organised with a structured approach to work with a keen eye for detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative ethos and the ability to interact and influence a diverse range of people.
* Experience with Google Analytics or similar analytics tool
