CRM Production Executive – 6 Month FTC – Milton Keynes – £33,797 – £40,322pa

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a CRM Production Executive to join the team of a public sector organisation within Milton Keynes.

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

Supporting the CRM team with their communications out to prospective clients and applicants.
Producing and delivering eCRM campaigns using our Email Service Platform against the agreed production calendar which provides a complete view of the workload across the customer journey.
Working on several campaigns at once using a central calendar.
Building emails from details received and being responsible for checking data and creating assets, gifs, videos etc. to go into the emails if necessary. Emails will be targeted and personalised, not generalised.
Executing of a robust testing strategy providing valuable analysis , and optimisation of the CRM programmes.To be suitable for this opportunity; the following qualifications or experience is required:

Able to demonstrate substantial knowledge in email marketing, performance analysis and marketing automation.
Ability to build and deploy email campaigns using an in-house Email Service Platform. This includes interpretation of brief, email creation (drag and drop and HTML editing), testing, sign-off, dispatch, delivery and response tracking.
