CRM Manager – Milton Keynes

The Company:

Focus Group Recruitment have the pleasure of working alongside this global leading electric charging business. My client are the UK leaders within their sector. Over the course of 10 years, our customer has established itself as the market leader in electric vehicle charging, providing solutions for EV drivers to charge at home, at work and on the road. On their mission to make charging fast and hassle-free, their charging points have been used over 30 million times to enable around 200 million miles of zero tailpipe emission driving.

The Role:

This role will be responsible for the entire CRM function from strategy to delivery.

Your duties will include the development of an automated CRM Journeys and campaign calendar execution in line with wider marketing strategy.

You will be responsible for growing key audiences across their subscription growth, retention of subscription increases public usage of the network & sales of home chargers, also integration of the apps connecting into the wider customer journey.

Key Skills:

* Identify target audience and grow our email list

* Identify opportunities to grow & engage new audiences

* Support head of marketing & analyst with segmentation recommendations

* Design, implement & execute all email marketing campaigns

* Proofread emails for clarity, grammar and spelling

* Ensure mobile-friendly email templates

* Write newsletters including all company updates

* Ensure our email templates are on brand & using graphics, personalization and advanced features – such dynamic content.

* Ensure engaging, prompt and accurate comms to maximise deliverability & open rates also minimising unsubscribes

* Analyse campaign weekly & monthly performance and suggest improvements & ensure these are prioritised

* Be mindful & report on ROI generated from email marketing efforts

* Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices

* Provide regular execution to help raise brand awareness, improve sale conversion

* Improve website traffic to the blog & key landing pages

* Maintain competitor analysis – across offers, brand activity & product placements

Knowledge & Experience:

* Proven experience in a CRM role within a fast-paced environment

* Experience creating email marketing campaigns designed for a variety of platforms

* Strong interpersonal skills, good at working with internal and external stakeholders

* Experience with data, segmentation & loyalty programs

The Candidate:

The ideal candidate is an experienced professional with demonstrable data excellence, creative flare & a love for customer relationship marketing.

As the CRM Manager, you should be able to perform well under pressure, ensuring you meet deadlines and are detail oriented. Management of stakeholders & technical teams is a key attribute of this role to the responsibility level of this role.

Our client is looking for a person that can act as ‘the’ expert in marketing automation, data optimisation and brand consistency, and has previous experience in email program execution & app integration.

The Location:

Salary: £50k – £60k + great benefits including contributed pension scheme, 25 days + 8 days bank holidays + EV leasing scheme (once successfully completed probation)
