Our renowned client is currently looking to recruit a CRM Communication & Production Executive on an initial 6 month FTC, working from home.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar CRM Communication / CRM Production role and have worked with HTML and data handling. You will be confident designing, creating, building and testing engaging emails / comms and have knowledge of marketing automation. Within the role you will be working within a small and forward thinking team, creating and delivering engaging emails / comms and will be responsible for managing through the production lifecycle for designated communication plans and also support in the implementation of a robust testing strategy to enable learning, and optimisation of the CRM programmes.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver campaign activity against the agreed production calendar which provides a complete view of the workload across the customer journey.
* Communicate and collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders across all stages of campaign development from planning to deployment.
* The implementation of a robust testing strategy to enable learning, and optimisation of the CRM programmes.
* The introduction of new capabilities for the purpose of meeting emerging business needs and market trends
