We are seeking a creatively minded, customer-focused and design-oriented Content Marketing Manager to join our growing head office team (SL9) to cover a secondment as the Company undergoes an exciting business transformation project.
Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, you will develop and adapt content to increase organic traffic to the RWS website and develop materials that reach and engage target audiences.
Working alongside the Digital Marketing Manager, you will create and execute SEO campaigns, and work with the Sales and Marketing team to educate, inform and engage our audiences, driving service awareness and generating leads.
To be successful in this role, you will possess a publishing mindset with the customer at the centre. Proven writing and editorial skills, and an understanding of web publishing are a must, and understanding what the audience needs to know and how they wish to consume it. Experience in creating a resource or library of content, using SEO for insight, managing editorial schedules and deadlines would be advantageous, but not essential.

Content Marketing Manager Requirements:
Strong B2B/commercial experience.
Experience of implementing integrated and strategic content marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Proven project and campaign management ability.
Experience with Hubspot / Salesforce or similar marketing automation platforms.
Confident and mature approach to communicating (both written and verbal) at all levels and across departments.
Strong writing skills and an eye for detail and accuracy.
Critical thinking and problem solving ability
Capability to work on own initiative as well as a strong commitment to team working and collaboration.
Open, friendly and great at building constructive relationships across the growing marketing team and global sales organisation.

Location: RWS Head Office, Chalfont St Peter, Buckinghamshire, SL9 9FG. (Hybrid working options available on completion of probationary period)
Contract Type: Fixed Term, up to 18 months
Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum
