Key Responsibilities
We are very excited to say that we are looking for a Content and Insight Manager to join our fantastic team! In this role you will focus on supporting work-winning teams access current, accurate and high quality bid information to improve win rates for quality-based bids across the UK. You'll provide project information and examples of best practice to support marketing, communications, business development activities and continuous improvement in our delivery procedures. This is a great chance to make a difference, promoting collaborative working across Kier to deliver client benefits, learn from our experiences, and increase our work winning success.
What do we need from you?
You will need to have experience within bidding and must be able to write engaging content. You'll be a proactive, self-motivated individual who can effectively build and nurture relationships with key individuals across the business to drive high quality information and performance. You must have excellent attention to detail to ensure high quality information is uploaded to the Kier IQ system through a meticulous review process working with the IQ-Champions.
