Role: Campaign Manager – Full Time
Location: Milton Keynes
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: Competitive
Purpose of the role:
– To own the implementation and delivery of strategic account campaigns via the programme platforms and supporting initiatives, including; coordination of supporting internal teams (creative & IT), 3rd party management, timely execution of agreed campaigns, work scheduling, campaign reviews
– Provide visually appealing and 'on brand' website content
– Work with all team members of the client account within the business to ultimately deliver against the strategic direction of the programme, to develop new approaches to incentives and recognition activities to differentiate the client from others in the marketplace
– To liaise with other teams within the business to ensure timely delivery of projects – events, IT, creative
– Be creative whilst operating at an efficient and effective level to deliver and report against specific campaign goals
– To maintain commercial focus
– Deliver against agreed targets and KPIs relating to retention, delivery and revenue
– To support the account manager with day to day BAU support where necessary and offer holiday cover across the account manager's portfolio of accounts.
Main activities witin the role include:
– Client relationship management – ensuring that we reflect the client's business, reflect programme objectives and drive innovation
– The creation, implementation and review of engaging campaigns
– Create innovative and appealing content for web pages from creative templates
– Internal and 3rd Party relationship management
– Supportive of all team members to ensure consistent delivery across the team
– Financial control
– Comply with all ISO operating standards
– Perform all other duties as reasonably required that are consistent with both training and experience
– Support the Account manager with BAU activities as and when appropriate
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following attributes:
– Background in running complex and fast-moving campaigns
– Proven planning and delivery expertise
– Ability to work well within a close team and wider segment team
– Ability to interpret and present results at a strategic level
– Confident relationship builder
– A positive 'can do' attitude
– Digitally and technology savvy and able to recognise where technology adds value
– Resilient and able to apply a sense of humour to the role, even when under pressure
