Business Development Manager | Bourne End | £60,000

Lynx Recruitment is currently working with a Media Production Company in Bourne End, who is looking for an Business Development Manager to join the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing revenue on target accounts with a primary focus on prospecting and driving incremental new business revenue in key categories. This person will meet and exceed revenue goals with an eye towards profitability and deal margin.

Required Experience:

* Minimum of three (3) years of digital sales experience is required

* A proven track record of driving and creating marketing relationships with both agencies and clients is required

* Experience in data-driven sales through DMPs, DSPs, SSPs, Trading Desks is preferred

* Ability to assess markets, customers, competitors, and prospects by uncovering and understanding opportunities, needs, and challenges is required

* Expert knowledge of advertiser marketing objectives in order to articulate digital advertising solutions and structure integrated advertising partnerships is required

* Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously is required

* Collaborative and a team player, working across internal and external teams is required

This is a permanent position, paying up to £60,000 (Dependent on Experience)
