We are a key service provider to the automotive industry and now have an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst to join our friendly Analyst team.
The main aim of the Business Analyst is to provide Data Analysis and Support Services to the main UK business and end user clients.
The successful candidate will be professional, positive and enthusiastic about providing exceptional customer service. Experience of working within a similar IT role within the industry would be a distinct advantage but is not essential.
Key duties and responsibilities:
* Provide Business Analyst Support across multiple projects
* Significant liaison with colleagues and clients
* Solves complex problems with creative analyst solutions
* Produce high quality documentation
* Maintaining a high degree of customer service
Essential knowledge and expertise:
* Robust numerical skills
* Good, clear, confident use of language
* Knowledge of various Business Data Analyst software
* Excel skill to an advanced level is essential
Preferred experience and qualifications:
* Experienced in Data Analyst support through previous employment or;
* Recent qualifications from further education relating specifically to Data Analyst functions
* Tableau and/or Power BI experience is preferred.
