My client is a household name in manufacturing. I am supporting them in their search for an Assistant Product Manager. This role will be supporting the full product lifecycle, from planning & development to execution. My client is looking for a "technical guru" who is passion about product, ideally with a background in either manufacturing or builders merchant.

Day to day duties

Provide technical support across the division
Aid market research & product testing, with internal & external sales colleagues
Support the sales function, assisting with product training, presentation, trade shows & communication materials, maintain website information for new & existing lines
Help to launch new products & sales programmesThe ideal candidate

Knowledge of power tools & grounds maintenance/construction/building trade
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Able to build strong relationships
Strong verbal & written communication skills
Valid driver's license, must be able & willing to travel domestically/internationally where required
An analytical eye with keen attention to detail

This role is a work from home agreement for now, but there are specific tasks that need to be in the Office. So you must be willing to commute to the office North Milton Keynes where needed.
