I am supporting a leading promotional agency who support & develop marketing campaigns for their clients. They offer cost effective incentives for their customers to retain existing business as well as bring on new business. From takeaway vouchers for sticking with your broadband supplier to free football focused activities when you buy a cereal pack: this business is at the forefront of understanding how to solve problems on behalf of their clients as well as being close to the pulse with what excites consumers in 2021 & beyond.

About the role:

Build & maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues & suppliers
Oversee the running of clients of marketing campaigns
Be an integral part of each campaign from briefing to end
Ensure all campaign projects are delivered in line with deadlines
Support said campaigns by resourcing partners
Monitor & report on campaign performance
Host regular status meetings with clients to keep them up to date on active campaigns
Assist in writing briefing documents to support the development team in building client microsites
Fully testing microsites across different devices
Manage e-stock & customer queries (via email & phone)

About you:

Previous Account Manager or Executive experience
Able to work to tight deadlines & organise workload effectively
Reliable with good time management skills
Strong IT Skills (all Microsoft packages, specifically Excel)
Excellent verbal & written skills
An analytical eye
