Brand new Account Director position available with a leading integrated marketing agency in Bucks.
This agency is well established and has grown steadily since day one, picking up multiple industry awards along the way. As a marketing agency their campaigns cover a range of budgets across digital, ABM, martech, creative, strategy, channel, media, data and more. Their impressive client base is focused on the technology sector, some of whom are long standing clients, some are brand new accounts with exciting projects in the pipeline.
As Account Director you will be required to be in the office for a minimum of 2 days a week with the option to work from home for the remaining 3 days, the choice is yours! You will have the opportunity to earn a London salary outside London along with a newly formulated and very attractive benefits package. The range for this position is between £55,000 to £63,000 depending on experience.
Here’s a little bit more insight into what’s required;
– As Account Director, you will be confident and experienced in creating and developing marketing strategy to support a variety of client business challenges.
– The Account Director will provide inspiration and be a driving force for the account management team. At the same time you will be expected to gain respect and trust of your clients through phenomenal interpersonal skills.
– You will be expected to provide direction, support and development opportunities to grow the account and help team members realise their potential.
– You will be required to contribute to the achievement of client satisfaction, departmental and strategic business objectives and be a great ambassador for the agency at all times.
Skills and experience;
– You will need to be an experienced marketeer, ideally with telecommunications and technology sector experience

– You will bring gravitas to the account and be a credible ambassador for the agency, ensuring that the client feels you have their best interests at heart
– We need a real team player who will lead by example to nurture a collaborative environment with your internal team
– You will also have experience in running a team with direct line management responsibilities in order to assist in their own personal development, as well as ensure clients needs are always met and more often than not exceeded, will be essential.
– As a leader, we're keen to find a true 'people person' who is confident, articulate and has a genuine interest in the people around them.
