Job Description: Account Director / Senior Account Manager
As an Account Director you'll be used to leading, managing, nurturing, and organising those around you. Normally the days will seem long and you're forever feel like you're hustling to keep ahead of the game.
We believe there is a different way!
So yes, we do work hard between the hours of 9-5 but only because we respect our work life balance so want to "switch off" outside of work hours.
Even better, we offer flexible working where you can work from home three days a week and be in the office the other two.
Having continued our growth with new customer wins, we are now in an envious position to employ a new Account Director who has the gravitas to lead our customer proposition in a consultative manner.
This will include:
· Providing value to customers' accounts, ensuring their needs are met from a digital perspective so their marketing strategies and campaigns have the highest quality output and a tangible impact.
· Helping to integrate new client accounts, managing expectations, and ensuring the overall process is seamless and mutually beneficial.
· Maintaining updates on industry trends and working closely with our client base to help develop their marketing strategies; offering our full range of services to extend their digital reach.
· Regular travel and networking to our customers & prospects to understand their vision and connect our agency offering.
· Overseeing the client services team, supporting the day-to-day operations through ensuring active encouragement to go 'above and beyond' in supporting our customers.
This is a real "hands on" opportunity to get engrossed in our agency and lead us forward over the foreseeable future. Because of this it is really important you'll have worked agency side before and are now looking to lead a team and inspire those around you.
You'll also need the following to be successful in this client services role:
· Have a comprehensive understanding of the full marketing mix, knowing which digital channels are needed to reach a target audience.
· Previous experience working in a digital or fully integrated marketing agency.
· Knowledge and understanding of how to grow and develop accounts, offering a service where the main outcome will be retained and repeat business.
This is a 'flexible working' role, where you'll be in our Milton Keynes office at least twice a week. This means you could commute from Aylesbury, Bedford, Buckingham, Dunstable, Leighton Buzzard, Luton, Newport Pagnell, Northampton, Towcester, Wellingborough, as well as Milton Keynes itself.
