Workshop Engineer

Days (Mon – Friday)

Salary £27,000 – £30,000 DOE

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Engineer that has good electrical skills and experience to maintain a range of machinery and equipment.  You will be responsible for servicing and repairing machinery both electrically and mechanically.

This is a permanent position working for an established company that can offer long term stability and opportunities for training and development.  You will receive a salary in the region of £27,000 – £30,000 depending on experience working Monday to Friday.

Duties and responsibilities as a Workshop Engineer:

Conducting electrical servicing, repairs and maintenance on equipment

Mechanically maintaining plant machinery

Electrical wiring, testing and fault-finding

Working with pneumatic machinery

Preparing machines ready for hire

Experience/Qualifications required:

Electrical Engineering Qualification (C&G, NVQ, BTEC, ONC, HNC, Degree or similar)

Experienced with Electrics and Pneumatics

Proven track record maintaining plant machinery and equipment

This position is easily commutable from Aylesbury, Waddesdon, Thame, Oxford, Bicester, Stoke Mandeville, Haddenham and Wheatley.
