We are recruiting for a Warranty test and inspection operative to join our team based in Denham

Immediate starts available!

We are looking for someone with a keen eye for detail to complete the inspection and processing of automotive product warranty returns and in particular, the bench testing of HC Cargo and Bosch brand starter motors and alternators.

Monday to Friday 07:30 to 16:00
£15 per hourResponsibilities:

The bench testing of HC Cargo and Bosch brand starter motors and alternators
Ensure warranty claims are assessed and processed in accordance with the requirements of Bosch Germany and/or in line with locally agreed obligations.
Liaise with HC Cargo on a daily basis to process and report on work
Liaise with customers and HC colleagues and AA-SGB as appropriate to progress claims, answer queries and provide reports.
Maintain a customer perspective throughout the handling process ensuring fair and quick service
Operate safely and correctly Bosch and non Bosch automotive rotating electric test benches
Physically handle (pack/unpack) products and visually assess.
Enter data into existing spreadsheets and SAP.
Refer to online databases to aid assessment.
As required, assist the Warranty Supervisor with processing Bosch warranty claims into BWS Online.
As required, manage and arrange the collection of Bosch warranty claims using TNT online Requirements

Automotive vehicle service / repair experience.
Previous experience of using Bosch and non Bosch automotive rotating electric test benches
Possess recognised qualifications in numeracy and literacy.
Be confident and competent in making written and verbal communications.
Be able to evidence basic computer literacy and confidence in working with Outlook and Excel.
Be able to demonstrate self-initiative and decision making capabilities.
