We are proudly partnering with multiple Employers in Milton Keynes as they seek to add a Warehouse & Production Operative to their growing team. Quick starts are available with no prior experience required (full training is provided).

Duties of the Warehouse & Production Operative include, but are not limited to the following:

– Retrieving, picking and packing a range of items in the warehouse in a timely and efficient manner and working to productivity targets.

– Checking items against paperwork.

– Using IT (scanners, computer systems etc) as necessary to locate products, track stock movement, process inventory, inventory check etc in the warehouse…

– Checking/inspecting items and reporting damaged and missing items as necessary.

– Assisting with deliveries including the un-loading and loading of vehicles.

– Using Low Level Order Pickers (LLOP) where required.

– Ensuring compliance with site health & safety policies to ensure personal and colleague safety.

– Working to operational policies and procedures to maintain productivity and quality standards.

– Maintaining a clean and tidy environment in the warehouse and ensuring equipment is maintained.

– Ad-hoc warehousing-related tasks as required.

The requirements, skills & experience required for the Warehouse & Production Operative are:

– No past experience in a Warehouse Operative, Picker / Packer or Production Operative role is required as full training is provided.

Vacancy 1) – We have a new and exciting role for you to become a Warehouse Operative in Milton Keynes,MK10 0AA. You will be working on behalf of a well known British Supermarket!

Afternoon Shift – 1pm-9pm £13.75 per hour Night Shift – 12am-8am £14.21 per hour

Vacancy 2) – Working for a major Clothing distribution centre in Magna Park, Milton Keynes MK17 7AB

Morning shift basic hours: £11.00 per hour
Afternoon shift basic hours: £13.20 per hour (If you start your shift at 14:00 or after)
Overtime rates: (Paid after 39 hours are completed in a week)
Morning shift: £16.50 per hour
Afternoon shift: £18.70 per hour

Hours as a Warehouse Operative:
Full Time: 37.5 hours per week. Various shifts available eg: 6:30-14:30, 14:00-22:00. You will be working 5 days out of 7 and we will try to accommodate your preferences

Part Time:
We have the following shifts: 10:00-14:00| 17:00-21:00| 18:00-22:00
You must be able to work a minimum of 2 days, but we can accommodate five days of work as well. Pay rate is £ 11 per hour.

Vacancy 3) – Warehouse Operatives required to help our client serve high street fashion brands in Milton Keynes, MK17 8EW.

We are offering you NEW PAY RATES as a Warehouse Operative:

* £11.17 per hour for basic hours | £14.43 per hour any hours worked after 22:00pm

* £16.76 per hour overtime rate paid after 40 hours of work are completed in a week

* £22.34 per hour overtime rate if you work more than 10 hours of overtime per week

Typical hours as a Warehouse Operative:

Full time shifts: 6am until 2pm | 7am until 3pm | 8am until 4pm | 9am until 5pm | 3pm until 11pm | 4pm until 12am | 10pm until 6am

This role also involves working Saturday and Sunday on a weekly basis. You must be able to work at least one day over the weekend of your choice.

Part time shifts: Early shift: 6am until 2pm | 7am until 3pm | 8am until 4pm | 9am until 5pm | Must be able to work a minimum of 3 days per week and complete five days of training on the first week

Late shift: 4pm until 8pm | 6pm until 10pm | 6pm until 12am | We can accommodate more than 4 hours of work if required
