Wild Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, based in Milton Keynes for a Transport Planner. This role is a temporary to permanent poistion.

HOURS:

11am to 8.00pm Monday to Friday

PAY RATE:

£13.15 per hour

Our client is ideally looking for a candidate who has experience of routing multi-drop deliveries around the UK.

You will be working within the transport department, dealing with orders received and allocating transport providers as well as providing route plans for the companies own fleet deliveries. The company has a fleet of eight vehicles, so you could be arranging up to an average of 65 drops per day.

Your responsibilities will include:

Creation of daily transports routes for deliveries of all company fleet vehicles
Allocating orders to external transport providers
Briefing and de-briefing driversExperience required:

Excellent organisational skills
Work well under pressure
Transport planning for multi dop deliveries around the UK
