PERMANENT TRAINEE MACHINE OPERATIVE – MILTON KEYNES – STARTING SALARY OF £23,000 INCREASING WITH EXPERIENCE

* Are you looking to work continental shifts?

* Do you want to train as a machine operative? Perhaps have warehouse experience or similar and want to train in a skill?

* Are you looking for a solid company who have great work ethics?

Daily duties are likely to involve the following:-

* Working as part of the team and being responsible for maintaining production on machines to meet standards and quality

* Log and report any faults to the shift managers

* Ensure the flow of production is kept running to expected timescales and KPI’s

* Complete quality checks of products to ensure they are to required standards

What we need from you:-

* Own transport due to location and shift pattern

* To be able to work “4 on/4 off” shifts as follows:-

– 6am – 6pm x2 days

– 6pm – 6am x2 nights

– 4 days off
