Trade Counter Assistant – 3.5ton Van Driver – Milton Keynes MK1.
As a trade counter assistant – 3.5ton Van Driver, you will be a vital part of the team, whether you’re front-of-house supporting our trade customers, in the warehouse keeping our standards high or making local deliveries our customers, guaranteeing no two days will be the same!
Before we get started, here are some essential requirements to be considered:
* UK Driving licence?
* Aged 21 or over for depot insurance purposes?

* Salary: £20,000-£21,000(Depending on experience) + bonus (2-3k pa)
* Schedule: Monday-Friday (07:30-17:00), rotational Saturday morning (8am-11am)

* Training & Development: We’ll help you be the best you can be, with excellent training and ongoing development.
Day to day you will:
* Serving our customers via the trade counter or over the phone.
* Generating sales and leads
* Processing sales orders on an in house computer system.
* Loading and unloading daily deliveries, as well as making local deliveries to our trade customers when required (3.5 ton vehicle – training provided)
* Assisting in the warehouse, maintaining and monitoring stock levels.
Skills and experience that could help:
* Knowledge of our key products would be great –windows, roofline, doors, bi folds, lanterns etc, but no problem if not, as full training is provided.
* Serving on a trade counter will be great, but even serving customers face to face will be advantageous.
* An understanding of why health and safety is so important.
* As with any role, being able to demonstrate organisational skills will be invaluable.
