JOB PURPOSE:

To help drive forward the use of technology within the business. This includes technology to minimise the use of paper, automate existing processes, capture data to create insights/trends & system upgrades/implementations. The role will involve working closely with the site operational teams & senior leadership team to understand day-to-day challenges and how these could be overcome using technology. You will be the main point of contact to lead the use of technology in partnership with the group team based on the group centre of excellence. You will focus on understanding existing processes, assist with the setup/configuration, lead project meetings, created detailed documentation/process flows & train end users.  

KEY ACTIVITIES:

Lead the implementation and delivery of key technology projects and processes

Training end-users when implementing projects

Creating project documentation/training documentation/videos

Liaise with the business to gain information to support project delivery

Working with the business to further develop their use of technology

Lead various projects as required

Leading, Organising in stakeholder/project meetings

Be responsible for various individual workstream deadlines against an overall project plan to ensure projects tasks are completed as planned

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

A strong can-do attitude is essential

Dynamic & has a strong passion for improving/implementing change

Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills

Independent and pro-active individuals who can work alone and within a team

Ability to work on tight deadlines

Experience of continuous business improvement/systemisation of a business

Knowledge on MRP & WMS would be advantageous
