Job Title: Technical Manager

Salary: Basic up to £60,000 + generous package

Our client are a highly profitable food manufacturer, operating throughout the UK from multiple well invested business units with exciting acquisition ambitions. In the recent past the group have acquired a number of complimentary business’s, invested heavily into their existing estate and are expanding rapidly.

As part of their ongoing development aspirations, they now wish to recruit a professional and visionary Technical Manager for their site based near Milton Keynes.

Although this is a site based role, this particular opportunity will carry a much broader remit and will appeal to an individual who wishes to remain at the cutting edge of quality and technical advancement.

Managing a team of 4, your remit will not only be to ensure the business continues to provide their retail customers with safe quality food products, but also to challenge the innovation progress within the site and the wider group.

Therefore, we seek an individual who is at the forefront of technical advancement and also has a deep understanding of continual improvement and sustainability gains.
