The Role

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Warehouse (Site Supply) Team Leader to join our Milton Keynes manufacturing plant.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

* Leading the Site Supply team to ensure all loading, storage, rotation and receipt functions of Finished Goods, Raw Materials, Packaging, Waste, Raw Materials Ingredients, Colours and Flavours and Pallet Stocks are undertaken to achieve the daily plan.
* Ensure the Warehouse and Raw Materials Storage work environment is audit ready at all times.
* Driving the performance of the returns process / pallet rotation and cycle count processes and audits.
* Driving performance of customer service level attainment.
* Motivate and manage your team to meet performance targets; identifying development areas relating to skills and implement plans to enhance standards within the team.

About You

We are looking for an engaging and motivating warehouse leader, ideally with experience within an FMCG environment. You'll be a confident communicator, well organised and have great attention to detail. You'll understand the importance of working to approved standards and safe operating procedures, as well as the ability to operate manufacturing equipment with an understanding of continuous improvement.

Salary & Benefits

These are shift based roles, working on a 24/5 shift pattern. Monday to Friday: 06:00am – 2:00pm / 2:00pm – 10.00pm / 10.00pm – 6.00am.
The role comes with a package including an hourly rate of £12.45 plus shift allowance (equals an annual salary of £27,873.50, a pension scheme, holiday allowance, life assurance and free onsite parking
