38 hours per week
Monday to Thursday 8am – 4.30pm Friday 8am – 2.30pm

We are recruiting a highly organised Supply Chain Co-Ordinator to join a market leading manufacturer based in the Milton Keynes area. This is an office-based role, with some flexibility to work remotely.
This company is well established, and this 12-month fixed term contract is based within a friendly team environment.
The main purpose of this role is to be responsible for ensuring stock levels are maintained and customer orders are processed and shipped on time and in full (OTIF).
Main responsibilities to include, but not limited to:
* Act as main contact person for the assigned clusters for order and stock queries
* Complete export documentation and covering invoices to ensure shipment of goods OTIF
* Work with credit control to ensure payments for orders are current and up to date
* Liaise with the Customers and 3rd party warehousing to ensure order requirements are fulfilled
Ideally, you will have great customer service and communication skills along with strong IT skills, with excellent attention to detail.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a similar supply chain role, stock management experience along with knowledge of export documents for the European market.
It would be an advantage if you have worked within an ERP system and have good excel skills.
