We are seeking a Stock Controller/Operative for a client in Aston Clinton to work on a permanent basis.

The duties for this role include:

Ensure laundry deliveries to the customer are received, checked and delivered to the appropriate area(s) and/or placed on dispensing machines. All dirty linen is collected from allocated area(s) daily and returned to collection points

Ensure that agreed stock levels are maintained

Discrepancies in deliveries are reported as soon as possible

Ensure any changes to delivery schedules are communicated to site / Customer

Place daily orders to the processing facility for following days delivery

Ensure linen is sorted and arranged for collection by the driver at the correct times

Complete and maintain accurate paperwork

Maintain cleanliness of laundry trolleys / cages and ensure they are retained in the correct location

Seal used linen / uniform into laundry bags

Liaise with the Customer / Account Manager on a regular basis to ensure consistency and information sharing

From time to time and to suit the needs of the business additional work maybe required and/or assist the customer with laundry equipment where appropriate

Ensure all Health & Safety regulations are adhered to
