We are looking for a technically minded individual to join our Solutions department as a Service Engineer on a permanent basis. The purpose of the role is to deliver technical expertise and customer service on site to customers. You will be working 7am to 4pm + travel time, Monday to Friday with occasional overnights required.
What you will be doing:
Servicing and Assisting on installations aluminium Bi-folding Doors, Residential Doors, Windows, and Sliders.
Perform on-site troubleshooting, service, and repairs of products.
Give verbal advice via telephone to customers.
Responsible for meeting daily service repair needs to drive customer satisfaction.
Take responsibility for departmental vehicles and taking stock for supplies in the vehicle, and at base, as required.
Learn to assess product performance based on issues reported, make recommendations to solve the issue.
Provide excellent Customer Service to meet the expectations and requirements of both internal and external customers whilst establishing and maintaining effective relationships all round.
Report any changes, deficiencies, or deviations on products to Team Manager.
Correctly complete service work reports, Hazard spots, Non-conformance reports and submit on time as required.

Who you are:
Carry a CSCS Card, NVQ in fenestration and be CHASS trained
Ideally have previous experience in a similar role or, carrying out reports/surveys
Have a technical and practical mindset
Excellent problem-solving, communication and customer service skills
