We are recruiting for Senior Production Operatives to join this expanding team based in Milton Keynes (MK15) with immediate starts available on a permanent basis! 
 
This is a permanent role, with the following shifts available:
 
Double Days: Monday to Friday Rotating Shifts – 6-2/ 2-10 (Apply online only)/ (Apply online only))
Continental Shifts: 4 on, 4 off DAYS AND NIGHTS 6-6 
 
Pay: 
Double Days: £13.62 per hour (£29,739 per annum) + paid overtime @ x1.5 rate (£20.43 per hour)
Continental Shifts: £14.65 per hour (£32,000 per annum including shift allowance) + paid overtime @ x1.5 rate (£20.43 per hour)

As a Senior Production Operative you will be working in a fast paced production environment with responsibility for the safe running of filling and packing equipment. You will be working on a production line operating equipment and machinery, supporting fault finding, changeovers, asset care and basic machine maintenance. You will be working to team performance targets and company standards. In addition you will need to input and analyse data on the IT system.
 
We are keen to hear from applicants with production experience ideally from a food production or FMCG environment. Previous experience of operating machinery, following work instructions or SOPs, commitment and a good understanding of Health & Safety are all key to being successful in this role. Food Safety Level 2 and HACCP Level 2 would be advantageous but not essential. Good IT skills are required for this position.
