£27,000 – £30,000 + commission

We are recruiting for a sales Account Manager to join an innovative manufacturing company based in Milton Keynes.
The main purpose of this role is to understand and deliver what customers need and value, through the provision of quality products developed to solve operational issues, introduce environmental efficiencies, maximise resources and enhance safety and hygiene within a number of industries.
Job Responsibilities:
* B2B sales to key distributors, contractors, wholesalers
* Developing additional channel business
* Developing new business and initiatives to achieve agreed financial and sales objectives
* Developing positive revenue and margin growth through planning and execution of agreed sales strategy
* Developing and managing client relationships
* Managing existing key and standard account business
* Developing new product sales and initiatives
* Developing new account sales
* Being a primary point of contact when it comes to customer service
* Creating and maintaining successful working relationships with clients in the territory specified
* Providing market intelligence to marketing and product development team on competitive products, solutions and activities
* Accurately and efficiently enter customer information into CRM maintaining accurate project notes and information for mailing purposes
* Preparing monthly sales reports and forecasts
* Contribute towards marketing projects and initiatives
* Managing sales process and pipeline.
* Carry out market and client investigation
* Supporting international business development by following up on contact strategies and account management activities
Skills & Experience:
* A proven performance record and legacy in sales and account management
* Ability to create, develop and maintain relationship by demonstrating listening, verbal and written communication skills
* Track record of building, developing and maintaining national accounts relationships at all levels
* Ability to quickly build rapport and good relationships with customers and colleagues, at all levels
* Have good negotiation skills and a problem-solving attitude to ensure commercial success
* To have excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills
* To have good and proven IT skills
