We are now looking for a Regional Service Centre Supervisor to manage the day to day running of our Milton Keynes based Regional Service Centre.

As we truly believe every customer should receive a superior product and impeccable service from beginning to end, we are looking for someone who is conscientious, self-motivated and takes pride in their work.  However, above all you will have a can-do attitude and be passionate about delivering customer service excellence.

Regional Service Centres are our local delivery and collection hubs, from where Installers collect jobs and drop off returns and product waste.  As the Regional Service Centre Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the Regional Service Centre.  Typical activities include, day to day management of the small dedicated team of Van Driver/Operatives; Supervising the goods in, picking and goods out activities. Ensuring compliance with EU commercial driver and DVSA regulations, Reporting non-compliance and other issues to the Regional RSC Supervisor.

Our Regional Service Centre Supervisor will be a good communicator, computer literate, hold a valid full driving licence – minimum class B and be able to work effectively under pressure and think on your feet.  A warehouse distribution and/or transport background would be useful as would experience of AS400 however, not essential as full training will be given.

You will be working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 06:00 to 14:00. 

Please note:  There is a requirement to regularly lift and move heavy goods in roller cages.
