This business is a huge hit with food lovers all over the country (well those that enjoy pizza – which is almost everyone, right?!) and they have an opening to join the R&D team for a Chef. A Development Chef that will bring ideas mixed out of professionalism, commercialism, and the latest trends for all corners of the globe.

Aside from the creativity and job satisfaction you would take from the role, you'll also experience collaborating with some of the UK's best entertainment brands. Designing brand new flavours and menus, based on popular and cultural trends from international sporting events, movie blockbusters, seasonal parties and much more.

Stage and gate processes – Ideally within Quick Service Restaurant brands
A successful record of bringing new menu concept to market
Experience managing taste panels and product testing before and after launch
Managing test kitchens and working alongside external creative and operational partners
Strong planning and conceptualisation skills
Competent costing of ingredients for menu development
Time management and prioritisation abilities to support multiple projects at variable stages
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Computer literacy
Love of pizzaYou'll be expected to work from home, the test and development kitchen, as well as in stores and within suppliers' offices and kitchens. It will require travel, and patience when working with a multitude of skills, personalities, and ideas.
