Our client, a large global brand based in Milton Keynes are looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to join their European team, where there will be significant travel throughout Europe.
You will provide quality-related support to the QA team and ensure that documentation, systems and processes are maintained and updated. You will also support the continuous improvement of the management of quality issues and support processes to maintain and improve quality standards in EMEA.
You will also conduct regular supplier assessments (including 3rd parties), participate in TPR and protocol activities and manage the identified corrective actions.
We are looking for candidates either based in the UK or Europe to work remotely, when not visiting suppliers

Projects About You:
Degree educated/calibre
High level of numeracy, minimum GCSE Maths
Excellent English language skills
Six Sigma yellow or green (desirable)
3- 5 years’ experience in a Quality role within a manufacturing or product-based commercial organisation
Previous experience of conducting 3rd party auditing preferably in an outsourcing business model
Experience of using a document management system and ERP/MRP system or similar in quality environment including continuous improvement tools (e.g. FMEA, Ishikawa, Process mapping)
ISO 9001 and BRC Consortium (desirable)
In depth knowledge of compliance and quality requirements in a manufacturing /product-based environment.
Experience of assisting/conducting quality and supply chain audits in a production or manufacturing business
High Level of attention to detail
Able to manage multiple priorities effectively
Able to understand, interrogate, and synthesise data
Effective communicator on all levels and across all platforms
Able to build internal and external relationships to enable effective problem resolution, implementation of new procedures and process improvement, including R&D and Supply Chain teams
Knowledge of ERP/MRP system, QMS, software tools, and MS Office suite
Able to develop and manage processes under direct control and provide improvement recommendations
Excellent problem solver

Location: Europe
Salary: £33,000 to £37,000
