We are currently recruiting a Project Manager position for a rapidly growing business at their manufacturing and production site in Milton Keynes.

Their ability to produce a highly complex, high-quality product has seen the business continue to grow over the last few years and this now represents an excellent time for a Project Manager to join a successful team.

Description

Full cradle to grave project management
Lead and manage tailored project solutions to delivery in line with customer expectation
Work closely with marketing and R&D departments to provide engineering context to customer needs
Manage and guide project engineers in the planning of design phase to ensure timelines are kept to and requisite levels of support are given
Further establish culture of collaboration between departments and individuals within the engineering team
Ensure technical documentation is provided for customers both internally and externally Profile

Degree in an Engineering or Science related subject
Background in industrial manufacturing
Excellent leadership skills with ability to lead, develop and nurture team capability
Background working with non-standard products
Good problem solving skills
Comfortable in customer-facing projects role
Ability to manage and deliver a number of projects simultaneously Job Offer

Salary for the succesful Project Manager is from £45,000 – £50,000 DOE
