Production Team Leader Milton Keynes (must have some form of mechanical qualification) wanted for a an excellent leading UK Manufacturer that offers fabulous career opportunities with extra training and development. In this Shift Production Manager role you will be able to have the freedom to create new ideas, implement change and develop the shift with your passion and drive.

Production Team Leader is a shift pattern of 12 hour days and nights.

Production Team Leader Desired Skills and Experience

Must have Production experience, leadership experience and come from a fast paced manufacturing sector where high volumes are manufactured.

Example of some Production Team Leader Duties

Managing the process and team to ensure lines are running with minimum downtime
Assist in breakdowns, quality checks, keeping all machines running, tool changeovers
Responsible for a shift of 6 staff
Assist the site in LEAN/ S5 techniques
Quality of area and ideas to improve
Team performance related issues
Meetings
