Production Supervisor/Factory Line Manager

Days role (Monday to Friday)

Salary: £35,000 – £37,500 P/A

New Chapter are currently supporting a SME business based in Milton Keynes in the search for a Production Supervisor/ Factory Line Manager.

The company we are working with offer canning services in 150ml, 200ml, 250ml slim format and 330ml standard 202 sizes. They can run from 10,000 units up to 50,000 per day. They are able to can all types of beverages including Cold brew coffee, Hard Seltzers, Beer, RTD Cocktails, Mixers, Tomato juice, Health Drinks, Kombucha, Wine & Soft drinks

This newly created site is growing at an exponential rate and as such need a manufacturing professional to take lead of the production lines in the factory to meet the increasing demand on supply from customers.

The Factory Line Manager will be managing the set up and running of the lines within the site, managing production to make sure targets are met aswell as managing line operators to make sure product quality is high!

With a strong customer base and full order book, it’s a great time to be joining this business as they look to grow and open a 2nd site in 2022. While they have doubled in staff size over the last 3 months, they naturally promote within, so the opportunity of development is here with this role
