They are looking for someone who can come and be part of this positive transformation looking after the production scheduling and master data management for multiple sites and production lines.
Key responsibilities will include:
Production Scheduling
Manage new article master data generation in SAP
Planning and inventory management of all phase-out and obsolete products
Action all MRP outputs – place new order, push-out, pull-in etc
Action all SAP exceptions to ensure continuity of supply
Liaise with production and warehousing to ensure that all issues are resolved within required time frame
Creation of KPI reporting data within area of responsibilityMaster Data Management
Day to day management of requests and changes
Efficiently monitor received requests, prioritise and deal with to achieve fulfilment of KPIs
Check and approve master data creation and/or change requests, in line with data quality standards and agreed governance
Enter and/or release master data items in SAP or other related system(s)
Keep regular communication with all interested parties, ensuring that they know the status of pending requests and any related issuesYou will need experience of both production scheduling and master data management. In addition, you will need to be able to work to strict deadlines, have a proactive approach to problem solving and be a strong team player.
As this is a new role, our client is looking for someone for a 12 month contract. There is possibility that this could be extended or even become permanent. In return our client offers a competitive salary of £40,000 per annum with a 10% bonus paid at the end, plus excellent benefits.
