Production Operator

As a member of the Sweet & Beverage Flavors production team, located in Bletchley, you will carry-out the duties and procedures required to manufacture our flavour products in accordance with quality procedures, food hygiene, Good Manufacturing Practices & Health & Safety standards. Production Operator ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Follow and maintain inspection systems, procedures & schedules to ensure that the highest standards of housekeeping, product quality and safety are maintained
* Monitor production processes and methods, propose improvements and highlight to Team Leader problem formulations for modification that cause production difficulties
* Perform routine cycle counts, maintain stock location accuracy and enforce good stock management practices
* Liaise with Quality Control to complete product adjustment to meet specification
* Assist maintenance technicians in performing maintenance and repair
* Observe the Company Safety and Environment policies to provide a healthy and safe working environment for all on site
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
* 3 GCSE Qualifications A-C grade or equivalent
* Ideally, knowledge of GMP and food hygiene systems/procedures
