Insight Employment are currently seeking Production Operatives to work in Milton Keynes for one of the largest food manufactures in Europe.
The Role: –
This role involves working on a production line for a food manufacturing company.
Suitable Candidate: –
An ideal candidate would be someone who take pride in their work, take ownership of their part of the production line and who is committed to delivering excellent high-quality products for the consumer.
Role Responsibilities: –
* Control & Manage equipment & machines
* Monitor a smooth process, ensuring checks are carried out and being able to react quickly and in any case of discrepancy
Requirements: –
* Previous food production experience is desirable
* Must be able to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Good communication skills both verbal and written
* Must be Flexible, reliable, and punctual
* Good level of personal hygiene
* Must be a team player
Desirable requirements: –
* Previous Production Operative experience
* Previous Machine Operative experience
* Previous Production Assistant experience
* Previous Support Technician experience
* Previous Production Engineering experience
* Previous Technician Operative experience
* Previous Packing experience
Continental shifts and hours: –
Day shift
4 days on, 4 days off 06:00-18:00
Night shift
4 days on, 4 days off 18:00-06:00
Rates: –
Days £9.05 – £9.14 per hour
Nights £9.50 – 10.33 per hour
Inductions are provided before you start work.
This is a temp to perm position for a suitable candidate.
