Gap personnel acting as an employment agency are currently recruiting for our client based in Milton Keynes for production operatives to start next week.

The roles are temporary but could lead to permanent for the right candidates.

£9.95 per hour, weekly pay.

Working hours:

3 on 3 off 12 hour shift patterns

Weekly rotations of 6am – 6pm / 6pm – 6am

The role:

* You will be working on a production line ensuring products are finished to a high standard

* Loading the machines to ensure products are packed correctly

* Quality checking of finished goods

* Packing and unpacking of products

The ideal candidate:

* Ideally have experience within a similar role however this is not essential

* Have a good eye for detail

* Have strong communication skills

* Be able to follow procedures to KPI standards
