Job Title: Production Operative

Location: Milton Keynes

Role: Permanent

Salary: £34,136

Hours: 4on 4off days and nights – 12hr shifts

Benefits: Bonus Scheme – currently potential is 6% of basic salary (not guaranteed).Annual Holidays – 25 x 12 hour shifts. Pension Scheme – Salary Sacrifice Scheme, employer contributions to maximum of 10%, matching double employee contributions.

Overview:

Working for a market leading manufacturing company, who have production facilities located across the world.

As the Production operative you will be working in a first class automated production environment. This is a safety critical role working with different materials and compounds, so a keen eye for detail is key!

The role:

Production focused operating automated and computerised processing machinery

             Printing labels and barcodes

             Inputting data to production machinery

             Quality testing product

             Direct, support and coach temporary production workers

             Read detailed SOP’s/work instructions

             Operating processing machinery

             Mixing materials and compounds ready for production

The Production Operative will have as many of the following in order to strengthen application:

•             Previous production line experience within manufacturing – automated production environments such as food, FMCG, and other automated production environments 

•             Computer literate

•             Strong organisational skills

•             An excellent communicator

•             A desire to progress, learn new skills

•             Capable of following detailed instructions

•             Health and Safety conscious

•             Accuracy in this role is key.
